A skeleton theme is a wordpress theme with minimal css, no images, no grids - just the template tags you need and everything else to use for a wordpress theme, it's bare bones. A skeleton theme looks like plain text as there's nothing graphical about it.

Notice: Version 3 supports threaded comments but version 4 does not.
